The are a few things that I haven't documented between the last update to this thread and this one so I am going to update this post as I remember what it was that I changed.

Weapons

Loose Cannon

Preserves attributes

Flame Thrower

Reduced max ammo to 50
All ammo regened in 5 seconds
Rapid airblasts to projectiles

Reserve Shooter:

Clip raised to 6 from 2.
Shoots low damage rockets normally.
When blast jumping you shoot high damage bullets.
