    The Scattergun
    -Accuracy bonus changed from 90% -> 50%
    Note: I think this is more of a buff than a nerf

    The Widowmaker
    -Added accuracy bonus at 25%
    -Added damage bonus to sentry's target at 50%

    Soldine
    -Damage bonus changed from 100% -> 0% (now does stock 195 per normal hit)

    -Removed crits whenever it would normally mini crit

    Spy Revolvers
    -Added cloak drain rate increase at 200%
    note: this is meant to help get around people intentionally equipping the cloak and dagger to get around the spy watch nerfs.

    Soldine
    -Super jump cooldown changed from 5 seconds -> 6 seconds
    -Can no longer weighdown immediately after super jumping
    -Slightly reduced super jump's power

    The Hitman's Heatmaker
    -Primary ammo bonus changed from 200% -> 400%
    -Damage penalty changed from 90% -> 95%
